ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Organizing maintenance and repair work of electrical equipment;
• Ensuring safe, reliable, efficient and compliant operation of electrical equipment and their systems in accordance with the laws and other regulatory documents of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Coordinating the work of contracting organizations, performing their maintenance and ensuring the quality of work;
• Solving problems and suggesting improvements in electrical equipment;
• Forming team goals, indicators, tasks and programs, controlling their implementation;
• Developing personnel, providing feedback and ensuring personnel turnover.

• Higher university education in electrical engineering;
• Excellent knowledge of the principles of operation of energy electrical objects;
• English (oral and written) - not lower than B2 level;
• Ability to lead and work in a team;
• Critical situation management skills;
• Good skills in working with MS Office programs;
• You are responsible, communicative, result-oriented;
• Willingness to learn and improve both in personnel management and in the technical field;
• Analytical thinking and a sense of ownership;
• Category B driver's license.

Place of work: Elektrėnai.

• If you live outside Elektrėnai or Kaišiadorys municipalities from your workplace – an additional 211EUR/month (before taxes) is allocated as compensation for travel time (not applicable to the hybrid work model);

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 3,430 to 5,150 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
