Nature of work
- planning, organization and coordination of implementation of electrical engineering projects;
- project budget, deadlines, scope and quality control of works;
- coordination of design works and coordination of technical solutions;
- drawing up project schedules, supervision of implementation and timely risk management;
- communication with customers, designers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and other project participants;
- planning of electrical equipment, materials, works and human resources needs;
- assessment of technical proposals, materials and equipment specifications;
- coordination of delivery deadlines and delivery of materials and equipment required for works;
- supervision of work progress;
- resolution of emerging technical, organizational and work execution issues;
- ensuring compliance of the works performed with the design documentation, technical requirements and quality standards;
- administration of project documentation;
- certification of the works performed, checking quantities and preparing reports;
- identification of additional works, coordination of their scope and price;
- handing over of projects to the client.
Employee requirements
- higher or higher education in electrical engineering, energy or similar technical field;
- at least 2 years of project management experience in electrical engineering, construction or related field;
- good knowledge of electrical system design, installation and work organization processes;
- ability to read and evaluate technical drawings, electrical diagrams, project documentation and specifications;
- ability to plan project budgets, work deadlines and necessary resources;
- ability to independently make decisions, solve technical problems and organize team work;
- experience in managing electrical, automation, low-current or engineering systems projects;
- good communication, negotiation and work coordination skills;
- responsibility, organization, initiative and result orientation;
- good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- experience in working with AutoCAD or other design programs;
- good knowledge of Russian;
- driver's license;
- the ability to travel and work on foreign projects.
