We are looking for a responsible and proactive Electrical Systems Maintenance Manager who will ensure the smooth operation of building electrical systems, organize maintenance and repair work, and coordinate emergency service activities. This is a position for someone who is able to effectively plan work, lead a team, and make quick decisions in critical situations.
Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate maintenance, repair and modernization of building electrical systems.
- Coordinate the work of the emergency service, ensure prompt response to failures and emergency situations.
- Plan the execution of work, manage resources and ensure the completion of work within the established deadlines.
- Control the quality of the work performed and compliance with technical and safety requirements.
- Manage a team of electrical technicians and other subordinate employees.
- Prepare, administer and manage technical and operational documentation.
- Analyze the causes of failures and initiate preventive solutions.
- Resolve technical and organizational problem situations.
- Maintain relations with customers, contractors and other partners, coordinate the progress of work and ensure the provision of quality services.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in electrical engineering, energy or a related field.
- Experience in the field of operation, maintenance or repair of electrical systems.
- Experience in team management and work organization.
- Good knowledge of electrical equipment operation and occupational safety requirements.
- Ability to respond promptly to emergency situations and make decisions.
- Good communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Category B driver's license.
