Your main responsibilities will be:
We are looking for an energy engineer for the VMG group of companies who will ensure the smooth operation of the energy sector of manufacturing companies. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance of electricity, heat, gas and ventilation systems, the reliability of energy equipment and the implementation of efficient energy consumption solutions. You will join a team that takes care not only of the daily operation of the systems, but also contributes to the long-term efficiency and sustainability of production processes.
Place of work: Ryto St. 4, Menčių village, Akmenė district
- Maintain the electricity, heat, gas and ventilation systems of manufacturing companies and organize their repair work;
- Operatively organize the identification and elimination of failures in energy equipment;
- Prepare and fill in technical documentation;
- Administer contracts with energy suppliers;
- Represent companies in communication with responsible institutions, such as VERT and ESO;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire safety requirements in the energy sector;
- Search for and implement more efficient energy consumption solutions.
Place of work: Ryto St. 4, Menčių village, Akmenė district
To succeed in this position you will need:
- At least university degree in engineering;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing company in the energy sector;
- Experience in operating and maintaining electrical, heating, gas and ventilation systems;
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
- AK electrical safety qualification certificate (up to 35 kV);
- Good computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office programs;
- Ability to promptly solve technical challenges and make responsible decisions;
- Ability to travel on business trips as needed.
We would consider it an advantage
- Experience working with Grafana and/or AutoCAD;
- Experience working with high-voltage electrical equipment;
- Knowledge of Russian, both verbal and written;
- Experience in implementing technical or energy efficiency improvement projects in a production environment.
