- Project planning, implementation coordination, production process organization and project execution;
- Organization and control of daily work at the facility;
- Ensuring the quality, timeliness and cost management of the work performed;
- Organization and ensuring the delivery of completed work to the customer;
- Communication about the progress of the project implementation and budget control;
- Organization of work of subordinate employees, distribution of functions and responsibilities;
- Analysis of the results of the ongoing project, submission of proposals;
- Management of project implementation documentation;
- Organization of subcontracting and control of its work.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience in energy facilities, preferably Litgrid.;
- Experience in independent work implementation and management;
- Organizational skills, work planning and project budget planning skills;
- Higher education (an advantage - in the field of energy);
- High computer literacy;
- Driver's license - category B.
