Nature of work
Organize and coordinate the activities of the Energy Department team, ensuring compliance with employee safety, internal procedures and company policies.
Ensure that the team is provided with the necessary work tools, equipment and materials. Plan investments and organize public procurement.
Organize introductory training for new employees and help them integrate smoothly into the team. Monitor the quality of work, identify deficiencies in a timely manner and resolve emerging technical problems.
Analyze and improve operational processes to achieve greater work productivity and efficiency.
Prepare technical conditions, explanatory notes, cost sheets, electrical diagrams, plans for transformer substation and trolleybus contact network reconstruction projects and participate in project implementation.

We hope you:
Higher education in electrical engineering and AK electrical safety certificate (and certificate for the company's electrical industry).
5 years of experience in energy and 3 years of successful management. We believe that achievements in the fields of construction, repair or design will be your strength.
You are familiar with schemes, the operation of substations and are able to navigate freely in the MS Office environment.
You speak Lithuanian and English fluently (Russian is an advantage), are characterized by analytical thinking and are open to innovations.
5 years of experience in energy and 3 years of successful management. We believe that achievements in the fields of construction, repair or design will be your strength.
