Currently, NARBUTAS is looking for anEnergy Expert who would be responsible for the company's energy efficiency and maintenance of energy systems. The position requires analytical thinking, the ability to initiate changes, and an interest in the latest energy technologies and market trends. The candidate will contribute to the optimization of energy costs, the implementation of innovations, and the provision of a safe working environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Form a strategy for the efficiency and sustainability of energy production and use.
• Analyze the company's energy costs and make proposals for their reduction.
• Plan and organize maintenance and operation of energy systems.
• Analyze the latest technologies and innovative solutions and initiate their implementation in the company.
• Analyze changes in the energy market and initiate changes in the company.
• Foster a safe working environment and workplaces.
• Monitor and evaluate changes in legislation.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Higher education in the field of energy.
• Knowledge of energy systems operation.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate the performance of energy systems.
• Readiness to initiate improvement and saving solutions in energy issues.
• Ability to follow the latest energy policy trends and understand their impact on the energy sector.
• Interest in changes and trends in the energy field.
• Experience in project activities.
• Experience in energy positions.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 17.27 - 24.40 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 2881 - 4071 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working time.

Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
