In this job you:

  • You will prepare and implement the annual energy plan and budget.
  • You will manage the supply of energy resources and control costs.
  • You will initiate and implement energy optimization projects.
  • Ensure the operation of ISO 50001 and energy management systems processes.
  • Coordinate energy parts in construction and reconstruction projects.
  • Organize acceptance of engineering systems, quality control and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
  • Consult colleagues on engineering and management systems issues.
  • Ensure environmental processes and waste/packaging management.
  • Organize obtaining necessary permits and administration of documentation.
  • Initiate and support environmental improvement initiatives.
  • Form goals for the team, organize work and ensure results.
  • Administer the execution of contracts and provide department activity reports to management.

We expect you to:

  • Have a higher education in environmental, energy, engineering, sustainability or related field;
  • Have good command of English (written and spoken);
  • Have 3+ years of experience in energy management, environmental or sustainability, of which at least 2 years in a management position;
  • Have knowledge of Lithuanian and EU environmental and energy legislation;
  • Have experience working with energy management systems, data analysis and reporting;
  • Have excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, negotiation, financial, budget planning and management skills;
  • Able to think strategically, are proactive, responsible and result-oriented;
  • Have team management skills;
  • Have a driver's license (category B).
