Vilnius - UAB „RASEINIŲ STATYBA“

In this role you:

  • Prepare and calculate construction work estimates using Astera and/or Sistela programs;
  • Analyze design and technical documentation;
  • Conduct surveys and evaluate commercial offers submitted by suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Prepare tender documentation;
  • Cooperate with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Adjust and adjust estimates according to changed design solutions or scope of work.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
  • Good skills in working with Excel and estimating programs Astera and/or Sistela;
  • Ability to read and understand project documentation;
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to notice discrepancies and risks;
  • Diligence, attentiveness and a responsible approach to the work performed;
  • Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
  • Initiative, communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

2800-3350 €/mon. gross
The final salary terms will be discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
