English Speaking Process Specialist

Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated English speaker to join our team.

English Speaking Process Specialist

You can expect to:

· Manage other requests received from customers or colleagues via e-mail or internal systems in a timely manner

· Work with L&P policy administration (create/terminate/update private and commercial customers policies) or claims (review received documents, invoices, validate payments, reimburse coverage)

· Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated

· Provide reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work

· Proactively identify and solve issues in the system

· Review that Customers / Insurers documents are compliant to existing procedures

We expect You to:

· Have good English language skills (B1+ and upper)

· Have strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction

· Be accurate, structured, and detail oriented

· Have strong communication and collaboration skills

· Have positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment

· Have experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care, but this would be an advantage, not a requirement

· Be legally authorized to work freely in Lithuania without company sponsorship (due to the nature of this position)

· Be in Lithuania as due to the nature of this position we are not considering candidates with relocation / working from abroad
