Venue Rental and Events Coordinator

We are looking for a space rental and event coordinator

Drobės Fabrikas is expanding its activities and is looking for someone who would be responsible for renting event spaces, attracting customers and coordinating the entire process.

This is a position for someone who likes not only organizing, but also selling.

What you will do:

• Actively looking for clients for events, photo shoots, filming, team meetings
• Working with inquiries: from the first contact to closing the deal
• Presenting spaces to potential clients (demonstrations)
• Preparing offers, negotiating terms and prices
• Coordinating events: from preparation to implementation
• Communicating with partners and service providers
• Ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process

What we expect:

• Experience in sales, customer management or events
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the result
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Organization and ability to manage several projects at the same time
• Result orientation (not just process)
