Nature of work
Drobės Fabrikas is expanding its event space operations and is looking for someone to help grow it – from finding new clients and making the first contact to implementing the event.
This is a position for someone who enjoys communicating, selling, organizing, and seeing the results of their work.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Actively seek out new clients and opportunities for events, photo shoots, filming, conferences, team meetings, and other projects.
You will work with client inquiries – from the first contact to the agreement and closing of the deal.
You will present and show Drobės Fabrikas spaces to potential clients.
You will prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms and prices.
You will coordinate events – from preparation to implementation.
You will communicate with clients, partners, and service providers.
You will ensure a smooth client experience throughout the entire cooperation.
You will look for new ways to attract more events and utilize the potential of Drobės Fabrikas spaces.

Employee requirements

Experience in sales, customer management, event organization or similar field.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the result.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Initiative, energy and a desire to look for customers, not just wait for inquiries.
Result orientation - it is not only what you did that matters, but also what result you created.
