Full-time
Nature of work:
- Administer and maintain the CERM system used in the company.
- Ensure smooth operation of the system in Lithuanian and Latvian companies (after installation).
- Contribute to the implementation of the CERM system in the Latvian company.
- Analyze internal processes and help them properly transfer to the CERM system.
- Consult employees on issues of using the system and solve daily problems.
- Coordinate system changes, updates and implementation of new functions.
- Cooperate with system suppliers and colleagues from different departments of the company.
Requirements:
- Experience working with ERP, production management or other business management system.
- Ability to understand and analyze business and production processes.
- Systematic thinking, responsibility and ability to independently organize work.
- Ability to clearly advise employees and explain the principles of the system's operation.
- Good knowledge of English, and we would consider knowledge of Russian a great advantage.
- Readiness to cooperate with the Latvian team and go on short-term business trips as needed.
We would consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience working with the CERM system and SAGE program.
- Experience in a manufacturing, printing, label or packaging production company
