We are looking for someone who sees projects as more than just a "to-do list" - who wants to understand the client's business and digitalization goals, and help them achieve them by managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. What do our project managers do?

  • Organizes all phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects - analysis, implementation, testing, training and launch stages from project initiation to implementation.
  • Delves into the client's business processes, goals and, together with the project team, helps to discover and adopt the best solutions that meet the client's activities.
  • Monitors project progress, analyzes deviations, anticipates potential risks and takes actions to manage them.
  • Resolves emerging issues, initiates actions and ensures smooth project progress from contract to successful "go-live".
  • Contributes to the improvement of internal processes - shares experience so that other projects run even smoother.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience in managing IT or ERP systems implementation projects (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage).
  • Understands business processes and is able to connect them with IT solutions.
  • Ability to organize work on several projects at the same time, follow deadlines and manage budget.
  • Good English language skills (B2 and higher level) – necessary for communication during the project.
  • Knowledge or certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) is an advantage.

Salary:

From 2000€ to 2500€/month net (from 3306€ to 4132€/month gross), depending on experience and knowledge.
