Grand ERP develops and implements business management solutions for Lithuanian and foreign companies. We are looking for an ERP implementation project manager who would manage client projects from needs analysis to system launch and further development.
The most important thing in this position is to create clarity between the client and the team: understand business needs, translate them into implementable solutions and ensure the project result.

What are you going to do
- Analyze customer processes, needs and lead meetings.
- Plan project phases, deadlines, resources and budget; manage scope, priorities and risks.
- Translate business needs into clear functional tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate the work of customers, programmers and other project participants.
- Organize solution demonstrations, testing, user training and system launch.
- Secure agreements, resolve obstacles and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
What do we expect?
- At least 2 years of experience managing ERP, business management or other more complex B2B IT projects.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear requirements for the IT team.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customer managers, process owners and technical specialists.
- Independence in managing multiple projects, setting priorities and making decisions.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- experience in ERP implementation or consulting in a company and knowledge of business processes;
- experience in system integrations, APIs, data migration, testing or functional specifications;
- knowledge of project management methodologies;
- practical experience in applying AI tools or strong motivation to improve in this area.
