By joining the Via laurea team, you will help Lithuanian companies improve their business processes and implement advanced digital solutions. In this position, you will manage Odoo ERP implementation projects - from customer process analysis to successful system launch.

The following tasks await you:

  • Plan and coordinate business management system (Odoo) implementation projects from their inception to successful completion;
  • analyze clients' business processes, identify needs and coordinate their implementation in the Odoo system;
  • consult clients during the Odoo implementation, help adapt the system's functionalities to their business processes;
  • organize the project progress, ensure that projects are implemented on time, within budget and in accordance with quality requirements;
  • coordinate communication between clients, programmers and other project participants;
  • manage project risks, resolve emerging problems and ensure smooth project implementation.

We hope you:

  • have experience in project management (in the field of IT or business management systems - a great advantage);
  • you are familiar with accounting processes (work experience or education in the field of accounting - a great advantage);
  • you understand the company's business processes and are able to analyze them;
  • you are able to think analytically, plan work and consistently lead a project to a result;
  • you are communicative, you speak Lithuanian and English perfectly.
