Responsibilities:
- Testing the ERP system and ensuring its operation after updates and new functionality implementation, in order to ensure smooth and reliable system operation.
- Consulting system users, promptly resolving technical and functional issues related to the ERP system.
- Collaborating with an experienced ERP development specialist, providing assistance in implementing solutions and implementing new functions.
- Actively communicating with external suppliers and partners, coordinating problem solving and implementation of new solutions.
- Documenting system changes and testing results.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Experience working with Microsoft ERP systems (Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Business Central).
- Understanding of ERP functionality, business processes and system architecture.
- Ability to consult users and solve daily ERP issues.
- Good problem-solving skills and quick response to requests.
