We expect you to:
After joining, you will receive:
- Analyze clients' business processes and identify their needs;
- Manage ERP implementation and development projects, ensuring their progress, deadlines and results;
- Coordinate the execution of tasks between clients, consultants and a team of programmers;
- Formulate business and functional requirements for system development;
- Oversee the solution implementation process from needs analysis to launch;
- Contribute to effective problem solving and ensuring long-term customer partnerships.
We expect you to:
- Have 2 years of experience working with ERP, business management, accounting, logistics, warehouse or other business systems;
- Have worked in the field of ERP implementation, business analysis or project management;
- Are able to analyze business processes and customer needs and transform them into requirements for the IT team;
- You are characterized by analytical and logical thinking and initiative, effectively prioritize tasks and are result-oriented;
- You are responsible, organized, and have a mature approach to cooperation with both colleagues and clients;
- We would consider experience in coordinating ERP implementation projects in an ERP vendor, IT services or consulting company as an advantage, as well as working according to ITIL principles or with request management tools (Freshdesk, Service Desk, Asana, etc.).
