Main responsibilities:
- Administer ERP/production management systems, ensure their stability, functionality and proper operation.
- Manage user requests and incidents, ensure adequate response time and problem resolution.
- Analyze business needs, provide improvement recommendations and participate in system development projects.
- Collaborate with external IT suppliers and system developers to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate the implementation of new IT solutions and integration with existing systems.
- Prepare user documentation, process descriptions and reports; consult employees on system issues.
- Manage material, inventory and production data in the system, ensure their accuracy and relevance.
- Apply AI tools to optimize processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education (IT, informatics or related field).
- At least 2 years of work experience in ERP, CRM or production management system administration.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- English language – at least B2 level (reading technical documentation and communicating with suppliers).
- Experience with Monitor ERP or other accounting / production management programs – an advantage.
- Independence, systematic thinking, responsibility and result orientation.
