Main responsibilities:

  • Administer ERP/production management systems, ensure their stability, functionality and proper operation.
  • Manage user requests and incidents, ensure adequate response time and problem resolution.
  • Analyze business needs, provide improvement recommendations and participate in system development projects.
  • Collaborate with external IT suppliers and system developers to resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new IT solutions and integration with existing systems.
  • Prepare user documentation, process descriptions and reports; consult employees on system issues.
  • Manage material, inventory and production data in the system, ensure their accuracy and relevance.
  • Apply AI tools to optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (IT, informatics or related field).
  • At least 2 years of work experience in ERP, CRM or production management system administration.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • English language – at least B2 level (reading technical documentation and communicating with suppliers).
  • Experience with Monitor ERP or other accounting / production management programs – an advantage.
  • Independence, systematic thinking, responsibility and result orientation.
