- UAB „Komfovent“
Nature of work:
- Participation in ERP (VVS) system and development projects;
- Configuring ERP systems, integrations according to business needs, testing and documentation;
- Assistance in integrating ERP with other IT systems (with the help of senior colleagues);
- Daily support of work with the system - incident resolution;
- Consulting users on ERP usage issues;
- Assistance in preparing training materials and conducting training for end users;
- Participation in analyzing business processes and suggesting their improvements.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of ERP / VVS systems (ideal - Microsoft Dynamics AX);
- Up to 2 years of experience in IT, business systems or consulting (no experience required, with strong motivation to learn);
- SQL and data analysis knowledge (Excel skills required);
- Logical thinking, ability to analyze problems and find solutions;
- Ability to communicate with employees from different departments;
- English language skills (for reading technical documentation).
