Primary responsibilities
- Consult internal users when working with the D365FO system, resolve their issues and provide practical system support in the supply chain area;
- Analyze supply chain business needs, perform gap/fit analysis and propose solutions, prioritizing standard ERP functionality;
- Prepare functional requirements, specifications, test scenarios, user instructions and other related documentation;
- Configure, test and maintain supply chain ERP functionality, participate in SIT/UAT testing and ensure the quality of solutions;
- Collaborate with business representatives, IT teams and external partners, coordinate the implementation of approved changes and contribute to the improvement of the system and processes.

Employee requirements
- Higher university education in information systems, business administration, data management or related field and 2-3 years of experience in ERP or related field;
- Good understanding of supply chain processes: purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, planning and related processes;
- Understanding of ERP system functionality in the supply chain area; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management is an advantage;
- Ability to analyze business needs, structure them, perform gap/fit analysis and translate them into clear functional requirements;
- Experience in preparing specifications, test scenarios, documentation and participating in system testing and user consulting;
- Independence, analytical thinking, responsibility for quality and the ability to effectively cooperate with business, IT teams and partners.
