What you will do:
- You will communicate with existing EU market customers via e-mail on freight transportation issues and be their main contact person;
- You will coordinate cargo and track its movement from loading to delivery;
- You will promptly resolve delivery issues and inform the customer about the progress of the solution;
- You will merge and update cargo and customer data in internal systems;
- You will work together with logistics and operations teams to ensure a smooth transportation process;
- You will contribute to improving the quality of customer service - your observations about recurring problems will change processes.
We expect from you:
- Good communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Problem-solving and quick response skills;
- Organization, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (daily working language with customers);
- Computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, internal systems);
- Higher or higher education;
- Experience in the field of logistics or transport would be a great advantage.
