The following activities await you:
- You will communicate with e-store customers by phone and actively sell additional "Ermitažas" services (e.g. extended warranty);
- You will analyze customer needs and offer them the most suitable solutions;
- You will administer and ensure a smooth sales process for additional services;
- You will ensure a good customer experience during each conversation;
- You will achieve the planned sales and service quality goals;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the manager;
