Join the business customer team, we are looking for a fast, diligent and goal-oriented colleague who will help the team maintain contact with existing business customers and contribute to the achievement of sales goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Constantly communicate with business customers by phone and e-mail, consult and ensure high quality of customer service.
- Accept, administer and coordinate business customer orders from receipt of the request to their transfer for execution.
- Implement sales goals, prepare commercial offers and develop cooperation with existing customers.
- Prepare invoices, coordinate payments and administer related information.
- Work with the CRM system, track customer requests and update data.
- Cooperate with the team, replace colleagues and contribute to the implementation of activity plans.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have successful active sales experience and are able to build long-term relationships with customers.
- You are able to establish contact with customers, communicate professionally over the phone and effectively identify their needs.
- You are charismatic, you know what a good sales process is and you are able to develop it yourself.
- You have obtained a higher education.
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently.
- You have mastered MS Excel, you are able to plan work well and are ambitious in achieving your goals.
