Nature of work:
We are inviting a team member to join the position of Business Customer Service Manager at Balticsofa, who will be responsible for managing assigned B2B clients: receiving/transferring information, resolving emerging issues and situations, monitoring customer order fulfillment
Our clients are foreign business companies with whom Balticsofa has been cooperating for many years. Communication is conducted in English. NO ACTIVE SALES IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities of the Business Customer Manager:
- Serving assigned business clients of the company: accepting orders, entering them into the system, constantly monitoring order status, providing information to clients, monitoring agreements
- Operational resolution of emerging problem situations - information collection, communication and coordination of changes with the client
- Preparing reports, administering meetings with assigned clients (information collection, submission, recording agreements and ensuring implementation)
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (work only with foreign clients)
- Higher/higher education
- Experience in organizational/coordination/administrative work
- Quick orientation, communication skills, result-oriented, independence
