In this position, you:

• You will represent the Estée Lauder and Clinique brands – you will take care of their representation in the store, ensure the highest quality of service and coordinate activities that will further strengthen the positions of these brands;
• You will inspire customers to discover the best products – you will actively communicate, present the product range and help everyone find what meets their needs;
• You will monitor and analyze customer insights - prepare sales reports and provide insights that will help improve daily activities;
• You will constantly grow and develop - you will participate in trainings, seminars and internal events that will help not only deepen your knowledge, but also strengthen your professional skills.

This could be your career opportunity if you:

• Work experience as a make-up artist or completed courses (can be self-taught);
• Have experience in retail with cosmetics or luxury goods (an advantage);
• Are interested in skin care, cosmetics and are interested in innovations and trends in these areas;
• Stand out with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish a relationship with customers;
• Have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
• Are a responsible, independent and result-oriented personality;
• Stand out with activity and motivation to achieve more!
