Sofia Aesthetica is a new premium aesthetics and beauty studio in Vilnius, creating a professional, aesthetic and high-quality environment for clients and the team.
As the studio opens, we are inviting an administrator to join our team, who will become one of the most important people in the studio's daily activities and in creating an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for someone who has a high level of service culture, professional communication, attention to detail and aesthetics as a matter of course.

Responsibilities and requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professional, warm and attentive customer reception and service;
Administration of customer registrations, visits and specialist work calendar;
Communication with clients by phone, e-mail and social media channels;
Coordination of billing and daily administrative activities;
Ensuring the smooth running of the studio;
Providing information about studio services, procedures and cosmetic products;
Active contribution to product and service sales;
Maintaining the studio's order, aesthetics and representative environment;
Prompt resolution of daily and non-standard situations;
Close cooperation with the studio manager and a team of specialists.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Administrative or high-level customer service experience;
Experience in the field of beauty, aesthetics, SPA, medicine or hospitality is a great advantage;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Fluent Lithuanian; Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
Ability to independently organize work, set priorities and resolve situations;
Responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail;
Ability to maintain professionalism and focus on the client even during intensive working hours;
Representativeness and understanding of what a premium customer service culture means;
Initiative and willingness to contribute not only to daily work, but also to the growth of the new studio.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Workload: full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: 5 working days per week, adjusted according to the studio's working hours
Studio working hours: I–F 9:00–20:00, VI 10:00–16:00
Start of work: available immediately.
SALARY
€1,200–€1,600 in cash per month
Fixed remuneration + motivational system depending on work results and sales. Specific remuneration is adjusted taking into account the candidate's experience and competencies.
