Aesthetic clinic administrator (s) in Vilnius

Welcoming, consulting and directing clients according to their needs;
Managing registrations and coordinating schedules;
Providing information about the clinic's services, prices and specialists;
Working with the cash register and administering payments;
Maintaining orderly documentation and a client database;
Organizing the smooth operation of the clinic and assisting specialists in their daily activities;
Creating a pleasant atmosphere for clients and professionally representing the clinic's image;
Working on weekends (on a flexible schedule).

Similar work experience in the medical, beauty or service field is an advantage;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Responsibility, diligence, punctuality;
Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and solve emerging problems;
Quick reaction and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously;
Good knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written);
Computer literacy, experience working with reservation or administrative systems is an advantage;
Positive attitude, helpfulness and desire to improve.

We are looking for employees who can work 0.75 - 1 full-time.

1050-1200 €/mon. net
Depending on experience and qualifications.
