Ethics Controller

• You have a master's degree in the humanities or social sciences or an equivalent higher education qualification;
• You are a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania;
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in the specialty you have acquired;
• You have experience working with the media (an advantage), you are familiar with media law (an advantage);
• You have mediation experience and (or) experience working in institutions related to ethics issues (an advantage);
• You have excellent command of the Lithuanian language (corresponding to the III state language proficiency category) and English at a level not lower than B2;
• You are of impeccable reputation, as established by legal acts.

When selecting candidates, the following are assessed: work experience, personal qualities, organizational skills and knowledge important for performing the functions of the Ethics Controller, and motivation. Candidates are assessed in the following ways: interview and presentation of the vision of the activity.

Salary for this position: from 4300 to 5100 Eur/month. (before tax, based on your experience and competencies) and annual bonuses based on performance.
