Erudito Lyceum – an international community that educates future leaders, invites you to join us as an ethics teacher in Vilnius. We are looking for a colleague who would join our team and help us continue to successfully achieve the International Baccalaureate (IB) MYP accreditation.
We invite an proactive, flexible and creative TEACHER who is willing to work according to the highest international standards to teach ethics to students in grades 5–10.

- educate students according to the Ethics General Education Programs;
- creatively adapt and present ethics teaching material, integrating it with other subjects and real challenges of the global world;
- promote students' critical thinking, value awareness, empathy and responsible citizenship;
- organize discussions, project activities and reflections on relevant ethical, social and cultural issues;
- assess students' achievements, provide constructive feedback and promote the personal growth of each student;
- collaborate with parents and colleagues, participate in the planning of integrated projects;
- form students' competencies and values in a modern environment.
Employee requirements
We hope that you:
- have a higher education or equivalent (an advantage is the direction of philosophy, ethics, religious studies or pedagogy; we also invite final year students);
- are open to innovations, flexible and able to work in a team;
- are interested in trends in international education (experience with the IB program would be a great advantage);
- are able to create a positive and inspiring relationship with students.

"Erudito" lyceum is an accredited international private school of integrated education in Vilnius and Kaunas, which educates the thinking of the new generation and future leaders. We apply the exclusive and globally recognized and valued Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, and we are a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP). In the educational process, we place a lot of emphasis on cooperation, teamwork and project-based learning. At the Lyceum, great attention is paid to the development of critical thinking and emotional intelligence, a healthy lifestyle and technological intelligence. Currently, our international team consists of 160 employees and over 900 schoolchildren from Lithuania and more than 20 countries around the world.
