We are looking for an proactive business development professional with experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure or business development projects, able to develop partnerships, work with the public sector and coordinate various stakeholders. We are looking for an proactive business development professional with experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure or business development projects, able to develop partnerships, work with the public sector and coordinate various stakeholders. We will trust you:
- Take responsibility for the entire business development cycle – identify new development opportunities, develop B2B and B2G partnerships, conduct commercial negotiations and ensure successful project implementation;
- Prepare business plans, assess the economic feasibility of projects and ensure the preparation of commercially attractive offers for partners.
- Coordinate the progress of projects together with engineers, contract project managers, product, legal and marketing teams;
- Prepare and administer project-related documentation;
- Monitor the results of the charging network, analyze profitability and initiate solutions that increase operational efficiency and return on investment;
- Analyze market trends, competitive environment and regulatory changes and provide proposals for new business development directions;
- Represent Elektrum Drive in meetings with partners, business events and in communication with public sector institutions.
We would like you to:
- You would have successful experience in developing commercial real estate, infrastructure, energy or other complex business development projects;
- You would have experience in business development, partnership development and commercial negotiations;
- You would be able to analyze data, prepare business plans and make data-based decisions;
- You would have strong negotiation skills and be able to independently achieve set goals;
- You would be proactive, take responsibility for your performance results and be able to independently make decisions and ensure their implementation;
- You would be able to effectively cooperate with different teams within the organization and external partners, combining different interests and ensuring project progress;
- You would have experience working with the public sector or understand the processes of public procurement, tenders and public project implementation;
- You would be interested in the electromobility and energy sectors and would like to contribute to their development;
- You would be fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- You would have a category B driver's license.
