What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders by managing all correspondence and messaging in a timely manner and with discretion
  
• Prepare high level documents and presentations for key meetings while taking minutes and tracking follow up actions to ensure accountability
  
• Maintain the CMO’s diary and proactively prepare briefing notes ensuring the manager is fully prepared for every engagement
  
• Handle confidential information with total integrity and maintain a meticulous filing system
  
• Manage all aspects of country visits, including agenda alignment, protocol preparation and collaboration with international teams
  
• Participate in and coordinate company events, business trips and other key strategic initiatives
  
• Identify inefficiencies and solve problems intuitively by making independent and scalable recommendations to improve workflow
  
• Support various high priority projects and additional duties as the business evolves
  

About you

• Higher education
  
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, German language - strong advantage
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPont) and Google Workspace
  
• Willingness to go on regular business trips
  
• B category driving license
  
• Reliability responsiveness, a high level of discretion and diplomacy
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to the unexpected changes of plans
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Ability to execute projects independently with a proactive can-do attitude
  
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and projects
