About the position
We are looking for an experienced kitchen manager who actively works in the kitchen and leads the team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high quality dishes. This is a position for someone who feels they know how to create dishes and create technological cards, and is strong both at the pots and in organizational decisions.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Daily work in the kitchen together with the team;
- Organize the work of the kitchen staff;
- Coordination of the work of the chef team during the shift;
- Ensuring the quality, presentation and compliance with recipes of dishes;
- Monitoring compliance with order, hygiene and food safety (HACCP) requirements;
- Introduction of new employees, assistance in training younger chefs;
Expectations for your competence
We hope that you have experience as a kitchen manager (preferably in a hotel restaurant), successful experience working with a team and would like to continue successful work in your profession or are looking to grow into a leadership role. You will need a hygiene certificate and real knowledge of hygiene and food safety principles. A driver's license will be required to come to work.
