About the position
Our long-time chef, with whom we have been working together for almost 20 years, is taking a well-deserved break. Therefore, we are looking for someone who would take over the kitchen and continue to lead it forward.
It is important to know: you will not have to build anything from scratch. The team of chefs is fully equipped, experienced and really knows their job. There are two shifts of three chefs working: hot shop, cold shop and desserts. They need a leader, not a supervisor. We are looking for someone who would inspire, support, help the team grow and create together with it.
We produce high-quality, classic-based Lithuanian and European cuisine. We value good product, order and respect for each other.

What will you do?
- You will manage the kitchen and ensure that it runs smoothly;
- You will motivate and mobilize the existing team, maintain a good atmosphere;
- You will create new dishes, improve the menu, create technological cards;
- You will ensure the quality of dishes, presentation and compliance with recipes;
- You will monitor order, hygiene and food safety (GHPT);
- You will introduce new employees and share experience with younger colleagues.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience as a chef or head chef (an advantage if you have worked in a hotel restaurant);
- Ability to lead people calmly, fairly and with respect;
- Mastery in the kitchen and a desire to create;
- Hygiene certificate and good knowledge of food safety principles;
- Driver's license and the ability to come to work (we are in a beautiful location outside the city).
