Executive Office Manager

We are a team of 30+ creative people who create marketing solutions from strategy to production. Our office in Vilnius is a place where ideas are born, so we want it to be a good place to be. That's why we are looking for someone who will take care of that.
Who is an Executive Office Manager at our company?
This is a person who cares about how the team feels. Who notices that the coffee shop is out of coffee, that a newcomer is sitting alone at lunch, that the team needs to breathe after a stressful project. You create an environment where people want to work.

What will your days look like
— You will take care of the office atmosphere: from music and coffee to spaces that are pleasant to be in;
— You will organize team events, celebrations and small daily rituals;
— You will meet guests and clients in a way that they immediately feel the energy of the agency;
— You will coordinate office logistics: orders, suppliers, daily routine;
— You will help the management team with administrative and organizational matters;
— I plan trips, meetings, and team building activities;

We hope that you
— Have experience in administration, office management or a similar position (1+ years)
— Are a warm person who naturally cares about the environment and people around you
— You notice details and act independently, without waiting for instructions
— You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English
— You are familiar with Google Workspace, MS Office or similar tools
— Want to grow with us
