Open Agency is looking for an experienced PPC / SEM Advertising Specialist to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Bing Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and
- Oversee large-scale digital advertising campaigns in Lithuania and international markets.
- Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize based on results.
- Work with advanced Google Ads optimization tools and daily reporting/analysis.
- Collaborate both independently and with the team to drive strong campaign performance.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyze search behavior, user intent, and campaign performance.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on performance and outcomes.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.
