What You Will Do:
- Process SEPA and SWIFT payments and handle Instant Payments exceptions
- Monitor payment queues and ensure timely execution of transactions
- Perform daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Carry out bookings and adjustments in core banking systems
- Register, track, and support the resolution of operational incidents
- Collaborate closely with Cash Management Product teams and Front Office colleagues
- Work with IT developers to implement new functionalities and support incident resolution
- Participate in projects related to payment processes and system improvements
What We Expect:
- At least 3 years experience in payment area
- Excellent understanding of MT and MX formats, SEPA and SWIFT standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask, attention to details and accuracy
- A collaborative mindset will help you succeed in this position
- Fluent Lithuanian and English is required in spoken and written communication
