Join our team as a Facility Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace environment in Vilnius.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate day-to-day facility and workplace operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, landlords, and service providers.
- Support workplace services, hospitality, and office activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate workplace events and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and oversee building-related services.
- Support Health & Safety, security, and business continuity initiatives.
- Monitor budgets, invoices, and facility-related documentation.
- Drive workplace improvements and sustainability initiatives.
- Deliver a positive employee and visitor experience.
What Are We Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities, workplace, office, or operations management.
- Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements (would be an advantage).
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- A customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- A team-player attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
