Job description
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee our client’s buildings in Vilnius, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing facilities operations, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
What You Will Do
- Plan, implement and manage the delivery of the range of services in line with the agreed scope of service level agreement;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Ensure close communication and control of subcontractors;
- Ensure all critical services supporting the client’s core business are maintained to an agreed standard;
- Implement and manage site specific business operating procedure;
- Proactively implement service development initiatives and corrective action plans;
- Prepare necessary periodical reports;
- Provide any other needed support to direct manager and other team members.
What Are We Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, with a proven track record of managing technical maintenance contracts and coordinating building service providers;
- Fluent English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal);
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills.;
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Strong commercial understanding and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team and individually;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools;
- Category B driving licence.
