Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordination of licensing processes of the Pharmacy Department:
I will plan, coordinate and supervise the licensing processes of pharmacies and other pharmaceutical activity objects, ensuring their smooth implementation.
  • Preparation of documentation and cooperation with institutions:
you will prepare and submit documents to the VVKT, TLK, NVSC, VMVT and other institutions, ensuring their compliance with the requirements of legal acts.
  • Coordination of inspections:
you will organize and coordinate inspections related to licensing processes in pharmacies, cooperate with responsible institutions and help ensure their successful course.
  • Consulting on licensing issues:
you will provide methodological assistance and consult pharmacy employees on licensing, operational requirements and documentation issues.
  • Ensuring pharmaceutical activities related to Good Distribution Practice:
you will participate in the processes of ensuring GDP requirements in the wholesaler, if necessary, I will replace the pharmaceutical activity manager in matters of ensuring GDP requirements.
  • Participation in pharmaceutical activities:
You will contribute to various projects and initiatives of the pharmaceutical activities department, and help implement other departmental goals.

  • Pharmaceutical education and acquired pharmacist qualifications.
  • Valid pharmacist licenses.
  • Ability to work smoothly with the MS Office program package.
  • Diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize work and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative, flexibility and result orientation.
  • Minimal knowledge of English.
  • Similar work experience (an advantage).
