Work functions:
Preparation of raw materials for production (salting, chopping, defrosting, cutting meat);
Weighing additives according to technological recipes;
Preparation of minced meat according to recipes and technological cards (chopping, grinding, mixing);
Maintenance of the raw material warehouse, maintaining order;
Washing equipment after work.
The minced meat preparation process is not fully automated, therefore some functions are performed manually (e.g. filling the equipment with raw materials).
