EXTERUS specializes in architectural facade solutions and represents leading European manufacturers of facade materials and systems. The company works with non-standard facade projects in Lithuania and abroad, helping architects turn ideas into real-world technical solutions.

We are looking for an engineer who will become a technical bridge between the architect's vision and the real-world facade. You will work with the facade department team and be responsible for the technical part of the projects, assessing the feasibility of facade solutions and preparing information for commercial offers.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • You will analyze architectural drawings, facades, sections and assemblies and evaluate the possibilities of facade material formats, modulation and application
  • You will prepare and adjust basic facade assemblies, help select appropriate fastening and substructure solutions
  • You will calculate material quantities and prepare technical information for commercial offers
  • You will formulate technical requests to represented European manufacturers and evaluate their solutions
  • You will coordinate technical issues with architects, designers, contractors and manufacturers' technical specialists
  • You will check whether the proposed solution meets the technical requirements of a specific project
  • You will accompany the project from the architect's initial idea to a technically coordinated solution and order

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to read architectural and technical drawings and very good experience with AutoCAD
  • Education in civil engineering, architecture or a similar field or relevant practical experience
  • Understanding of the logic of building structures and assemblies, ability to independently analyze technical information
  • English language proficiency for direct communication with technical specialists of foreign manufacturers
  • Diligence, systematicity and ability to follow several projects simultaneously
  • Advantage: experience with ventilated facades, aluminum substructures, HPL, ceramics, fiber concrete/GRC, window or facade systems, Revit/BIM experience
