Job description:
- Supervise fermentation and maturation processes according to instructions and ensure the preparation of high-quality beer for filtration;
- Monitor and regulate technological processes, record data and fill out production documentation;
- Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance according to established procedures;
- Take samples for laboratory tests;
- Ensure cleanliness, safe work and economical use of raw materials and other materials.
Requirements:
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
- Similar or analogous work experience in the food/beverage industry is an advantage;
- Education in the food field is an advantage;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond quickly to situations;
- Computer skills.
The company offers:
- Fixed salary of 1528 Eur. and additional bonuses up to 10 percent/month.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule - 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00 (four working days, four days off);
- Indefinite employment contract;
