Nature of work:
We are looking for a farm manager with experience who is able to independently organize daily farm work and make operational decisions.
This is a responsible, practical position - you work directly on the farm, in close cooperation with the department manager.

Your responsibilities:
- Organizing workflows and shifts together with the manager;
- Monitoring the condition of animals, data transfer, control;
- Working with the farm management program (the ability to use systems is necessary);
- Feed recording, quality control;
- Maintaining order, cleanliness and daily routine on the farm.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a farm manager or in a similar position is required;
- Independence, responsibility, ability to respond quickly to situations;
- Physical endurance and a positive attitude towards working with animals;
- Work is carried out on a shift schedule (discussed in detail during the interview).
