What you will be doing
The role is responsible for end‑to‑end financial management of IT cost recharges, vendor costs, and cost centre performance across multiple IT support Centres of Excellence (CoEs). The role ensures accurate inter‑company and pass‑through recharges, robust cost control, full cost recovery, and close collaboration with Accounting, Procurement, and global IT stakeholders.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, transparency, and governance across international IT operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Inter‑Company and Pass‑Through Recharges
Manage all inter‑company IT recharges, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely posting by the accounting team.
Track and monitor pass‑through recharges, ensuring full reconciliation between source costs and recharged amounts.
Work closely with Accounting to resolve discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure compliance with internal recharge policies.
Maintain clear audit trails and supporting documentation for all inter‑company and pass‑through transactions.
2. Cost Control, Analysis, and Recovery
Maintain full financial control of costs across the three IT support CoEs, including monitoring actuals, accruals, and forecasts.
Perform detailed cost analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved cost recovery.
Ensure 100% recovery of eligible IT costs through appropriate recharge mechanisms.
Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities related to IT cost centres.
3. Vendor and Procurement Management
Act as the primary finance liaison for IT vendors, supporting commercial and financial interactions.
Raise purchase orders (POs) as required, ensuring compliance with procurement and financial control policies.
Monitor vendor spend against contracts and budgets, flagging risks or anomalies early.
Support invoice validation and resolution of vendor billing issues.
4. Cost Validation and Cross‑Border Collaboration
Review and validate IT costs received from Cencora US, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriate allocation.
Partner with international stakeholders to clarify cost drivers, charging logic, and allocation methodologies.
Ensure alignment between local and global finance teams on IT cost treatment.
5. Governance, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
Produce clear and insightful cost reports and reconciliations for IT and Finance stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve recharge processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT financial governance frameworks.

1. Technical & Professional Skills
Strong experience in financial analysis, cost control, and reconciliations within an IT or shared‑services environment
Solid understanding of inter‑company accounting and recharge mechanisms
Experience managing vendor costs and purchase order processes
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/financial systems preferred
2. Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail with a high level of financial accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work cross‑functionally and across geographies
Confident communicator, able to explain financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders
Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Education:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification (part‑qualified or qualified) is advantageous but not mandatory
Work Experience:
