To support the company's growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager based in Vilnius. You will take ownership of the local Finance function, lead the Finance team, act as the key Finance partner to local management, and actively collaborate with the Baltic and Group Finance teams.

YOU WILL DO:

  • Partner closely with the local leadership team to assess business cases, project profitability, land acquisition viability, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee local budgeting, dynamic forecasting, and cash-flow reporting aligned with Baltic and Group standards.
  • Supervise timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under local GAAP and IFRS, maintaining tax compliance and financial governance.
  • Represent the company with commercial banks, external auditors, and local financial partners.
  • Lead Finance and Accounting team in Vilnius.
  • Collaborate with the Baltic Finance team to harmonize reporting tools, internal controls, and finance initiatives across the region.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Controller, or Finance Business Partner within real estate, construction, or relevant sectors.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics or similar.
  • Solid working knowledge of corporate consolidation, tax principles, and IFRS frameworks (deep technical accounting execution is not required).
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and professional business English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the commercial and legal context of real estate development is a distinct advantage.
