As Financial Analyst for Shared Costs, you will own the group-wide process of identifying, collecting, allocating and analyzing shared costs (IT, software, management, back-office and other centralized services) across all Group companies and countries. 📍 Role Description

As Financial Analyst for Shared Costs, you will own the group-wide process of identifying, collecting, allocating and analyzing shared costs (IT, software, management, back-office and other centralized services) across all Group companies and countries. 📎 What You'll Do 📎
- Identify and collect shared cost data from all Group companies and countries, working with local accountants and finance teams.
- Validate data completeness and accuracy, reconcile shared costs to accounting records and source documents.
- Maintain and develop allocation methodology: allocation keys and drivers (headcount, usage, revenue, time spent etc.) for distributing costs across companies, projects and employees.
- Calculate monthly shared cost allocations and prepare the related reports and recharge data.
- Analyze shared cost dynamics (month-on-month, year-on-year, plan vs. actual), explain variances and flag unusual movements.
- Maintain the shared cost structure as the Group changes: new companies, new services, new markets.
- Extract and process data from SQL databases and accounting systems.
- Automate data collection, calculation and reporting using Excel, Power BI and AI tools (Claude Cowork or similar).
- Document processes and allocation logic so they are transparent and auditable.
- Support budgeting and forecasting of shared costs.
📌 Qualifications 📌
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, controlling or auditing.
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, working with large datasets).
- Good understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting (cost centers, cost allocation).
- High attention to detail and a structured, systematic way of working.
- Ability to organize your own work, manage deadlines and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Interest in, or experience with, process automation (Power Query, Power BI, SQL, AI tools).
- English (B1+), fluent Russian.
