What You Will Do:
- Conduct AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud, and transaction monitoring investigations.
- Review customer, transaction, and open-source data to identify risks and red flags.
- Prepare investigation summaries and case documentation.
- Make risk-based decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in AML, compliance, fraud, transaction monitoring, investigations, banking, fintech, or a related field.
- Understanding of AML/CTF, KYC, compliance, or fraud prevention processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work full-time from our Kaunas office.
