PAYMONT is a smaller EMI, so the environment is hands-on and less corporate. You will be close to the actual processes and have room to suggest improvements, not just follow existing checklists.

What will you be doing?
- perform quality reviews, testing and spot checks across AML-related processes;
- review areas such as onboarding, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction processing and customer communication;
- identify process gaps, recurring issues and control weaknesses;
- check compliance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations;
- support root cause analysis, corrective actions and process improvements;
- help maintain QA procedures, checklists and internal controls;
- contribute to quality reporting, audits and regulatory reviews;
- cooperate with Compliance, Risk and operational teams.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- at least 2 years of experience in AML/financial crime, Quality Assurance, internal controls, compliance monitoring or audit within financial services;
- good understanding of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD and financial crime risks;
- experience from a bank, EMI, payment institution, fintech or similar regulated environment;
- some exposure to quality reviews, peer reviews, control testing or internal controls;
- structured thinking, attention to detail and good communication skills;
- good English.
Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, EMI regulation, root cause analysis or audits is an advantage.
You do not need to be a senior QA manager. We are also open to strong AML specialists who already have experience with quality checks or process improvement and want to move further into QA.
