Finbee, a peer-to-peer lending and investment platform operating in Lithuania, is currently inviting an ambitious Private Client Financing Solutions Specialist to join our awesome team. Could it be YOU?
Nature of work
Solvency assessment – by analyzing the financial situation of clients according to the criteria set by the company, you will contribute to responsible lending;
Providing loan proposals – you will listen to the client's needs and offer him the most optimal financial solution;
Customer service by phone and e-mail – you will provide professional assistance, answer questions;
Other customer service and administration-related tasks that will help both you and the team grow.

What do we expect from you:
Excellent communication skills – able to listen, understand and present the best offers;
Fast learner – willing to improve, absorb new knowledge and achieve high results;
Computer skills and fluent Lithuanian (both written and spoken);
Experience in customer service or sales – essential. We will consider experience in the financial sector as a huge advantage.
